We never deliver any equipment to a customer with out training the operator(s) in every aspect of the operation. From the hydraulics and PTO's to the controllers and GPS system. All of this done ON SITE ! There is no additional cost for this. This is Scruggs' way of doing business. You will never see Scruggs Equipment drop off a new unit to a customer and say, "Here you go. Have a nice day." then just drive off. We will make 100% sure that someone of your choice has full knowledge of that unit in every aspect.* We also offer on-site training for those that are new to your company, or those that just need a refresher.* If you are a customer of Scruggs Equipment, then you also get FREE phone support. Whether your company is installing a new belt in your spreader, changing the oil in your loader, installing a new Scruggs Equipment PTO or pump. Or maybe the unit and the controls are just not doing what they are suppose to. Call us.... We will do our best over the phone. ....... ** As a back up, when the phone support has exhausted all diagnoses possible.. We can always make a "Road Call". Very easily, one of our FEMP team members can be on the road headed to your unit. Regardless of its location..... Under normal conditions, your unit will be operational in 24 to 36 hours. Our objective is "THE CUSTOMER".. We do understand that every minute your unit is not in the field, is money lost out of the company's pocket. *on site training/refresher course and FEMP on site, has additional charges and mileage. Free on site training is only offered with the purchase of new equipment ** phone diagnoses is limited to our customers only. phone diagnosis has a time limit.
